Jim Lingafelter
Drilling Operations Engineer
Jim Lingafelter is responsible for drilling operations in East Texas as well as coordination of completion operations in the East Texas Cotton Valley and Travis Peak trend. Prior to joining Brammer Engineering in 2000, Jim spent 21 years as Production/Drilling Engineer and Drilling Superintendent for TXO Production Corp and Marathon Oil Co. in Tyler, Texas. Jim's drilling experience includes deep, hot, high pressured Cotton Valley Reef wells and Austin Chalk Horizontal’s as well as Bossier Sand, Cotton Valley Lime and Travis Peak. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
