Ellen Alley
Director of Human Resources and Energy Marketing
As Director of Human Resources and Energy Marketing, Ellen is responsible for providing a full range of natural gas marketing services including the negotiation and administration of contracts for the sale of natural gas. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 1981 and then spent two years as an accountant with Arco Oil and Gas. Ellen then went to Arkla for ten years where she supervised accounting and revenue processing of 2,500 oil and gas wells in five states. Here at Brammer, Ellen is also responsible for helping determine needs within departments and then recruiting candidates for those positions. She maintains the employee manual and provides guidance for new policies as well as administering various benefits, including medical insurance, group life and long term disability insurance.
